Independent Jewelry Appraisals:
UGL USA offers independent appraisal services to the public and to the trade. When we perform an appraisal for the consumer, it is done in front of you while you watch. Our appraisers are graduates of the Gemological Institute of America and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Our appraisals are accepted by all major insurance companies.

Comprehensive Service:
UGL USA offers a variety of customized reports for diamonds, colored stones and jewelry, including a mini-appraisal, which is credit card sized. The mini-appraisal is ideal for displaying in a showcase. As a full-service lab, we offer grading, identification, and laser-inscription services.

Laser Inscription:
We offer laser-inscription for diamonds using an insured, experienced third party. This will typically add 24 hours to the usual turnaround time. We offer inscription of certificate numbers, logos, personalized messages, etc.

Online Results:
We are currently developing our online results page, where clients and consumers will be able to log in and verify grading results using a certificate number.

UGL USA's WebSentinel™:
With the current growth of online jewelry buying, we offer consumers the security of confirming their online purchase with us. We will check and see if what you purchased matches to what you were promised by the seller.
