A report describing a jewelry item featuring multiple diamonds or colored stones. Lists carat weight, metal content, and quality grading of any stones. Also has dollar value.

Diamond Certificate

A detailed description of a single loose diamond, listing criteria such as carat weight, color, clarity, cut, etc. Features plotting diagram for the diamond. No dollar value listed.

Diamond Certificate with Dollar Value

This report features same as regular Diamond Certificate, but also includes a dollar value. Can also include a description of a mounting and side diamonds if center diamond is set in a ring or pendant.

Mini-Report

This report is issued to the members of the jewelry trade only. It is small in size (credit card sized). These mini-reports can be easily displayed in a jewelry showcase. They can also fit into some jewelry boxes for display purposes. UGL does not supply the boxes.
